Could have been a better experience
Posted 31 May 2024 on HotelsWe booked two rooms of which one was okay but the other one had ants running at the windows to the balcony. Keep in mind that there is no reception after 8 pm do you will need to pick up the key at a different location.

Regarding our openning hours, its true, our reception time is until 20h, but you can arrive later and pick up the keys in FAY Victoria Beach Hotel, which is another hotel from our brand just 5 min from here.we hope to welcome you again in a near future.

Two deal breakers to consider: the property is not staffed 24/7. They give you a separate key to enter the front door after regular business hours and guess what... The key doesn't work and leaves you stuck outside in the cold for an hour until an employee drives over and shoulder checks the door into opening. The second, there's a terrible humming from a loud AC compressor or something on the south side of the building... The loud humming made it very difficult to sleep. I'm not a light sleeper. This is not a soft frequency kind of sound.
Very strange experience, and wrong decisions here.

Kudos to Añoreta

The hotel and related service was good although the absence of out of hours help and restaurants/catering finishing at 4.30pm was a minor stress. The big "plus" for us was the nearby beach (30 minute walk) and associated eateries. Añoreta prom was a worthy visit

Very convenient for Malaga. Staff were very helpful and our room was well positioned, clean and comfortable.

Niché au milieu d'un golf, l'hotel est calme et la literie confortable.
Par contre il y a de quoi remettre en question le classement 4 étoiles.
1. Reception tres difficile à trouver.
2. A partir de 19h plus de personnel présent à l'hotel.
3. Le mot de passe Wifi fournit ne fonctionne pas.
4. Rideaux occultants pas du tout occultants!
5. Le mini bar n'a de mini bar que le nom puisqu'il est vide. De plus non seulement il ne refroidit pas mais il rechauffe les boissons!!
Lorsque nous avons fait la remarque à l'employée elle nous a expliqué que ce n'etait pas un frigo mais une sorte de glaciere electrique qui ne fait que conserver au frais les boissons déjà froide!😂
Bref dommage car il suffirait de peu de chose pour rendre le lieu plus agreable.
