We’d like to clarify the details surrounding your booking and cancellation to ensure transparency.Your reservation was made directly through Expedia, and on the date of your scheduled arrival, Expedia contacted us to request a cancellation on your behalf. We kindly accepted this request and processed the cancellation without any charges, refunding Expedia’s card associated with the booking. This was done promptly, and no charges were applied to you by our hotel.Since you did not stay with us, we find it unfortunate that you left a 1-star review for our property. If your concern stems from an issue with Expedia’s processes, we encourage you to address it directly with them, as they facilitated your booking and payment.We strive to provide excellent service and take guest feedback seriously. The hotel was not as busy so it was quieter.

This property looks new and is well run. Breakfast was great with lots of options. While this hotel is in a small town, it's really nice with professional staff. Stay here if you're traveling this way. Oh, and they offer complimentary beer when you check in!

Had a good stay, bed were kinda noisy though, excellent breakfast.

I was on the second floor, and I could hear people walking above me on the third floor.It was very heavy walking, back and forth. Maybe they need insulation.
