Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Staff was very friendly, room was very clean, and bed was comfortable. Also liked outside access door on main floor rooms. Very convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel .

Our stay at the Rimbey Ridge was excellent! The beds were very comfortable not hard, the showers had nice shampoo soap pump sets, it was very clean and the staff was very friendly, also had a decent full breakfast! Would definitely recommend and will stay there again. 😊

The staff at this facility went above and beyond to accommodate an error by Expedia. We were grateful and impressed with Nadines ability to jump into action and ensure that our plans did not get ruined.

Rooms and bedding were comfortable. Liked my room could drive and park right outside. I booked here as wanted a hot tub, but was closed. was given no notice, and rates higher and would have book elsewhere if I knew. Front desk didn't call us to let us know if reopened, which we requested.

The coffee was fresh at 3am, The girl who worked the night shift was always busy..

We found the hotel very noisy. Not from other guests but more like mechanical noisy. Even the elevator was noisy when riding in it. The room that had the ice maker was very noisy. Disappointed that there was not a vending machine that I could buy a bottle of water in.
