Good location of hotel, hotel reception welcoming and staff friendly.
Small double room booked - room cold, dated, thin towels and informed have to pay extra for extra towels and pillows.
Rooms not very private as it looked directly into other hotel rooms.
Overall a safe and somewhat comfortable stay however expensive for the service provided and wouldn’t stay again as not value for money.

Good facilities, comfortable bed, clean. The hotel has a sauna and a gym open 24/7. Friendly, young and professional staff. I will stay again when visiting Riga. The center, bars area is within walking distance .

Posted 12 Sep 2024 on HotelsFriendly service at check in and check out, close to public transport, though Riga has some well documented issues with drunk people at night around the station I was well out of earshot with a 3rd floor room, courtyard window & air con. Free wifi was frustratingly slow and kept losing it, but I had issues all over Latvia which surprised me as they have some of the fasted internet speeds in Europe apparently. Free fridge and kettle, ample storage space. Excellent value overall.
