Good location and good communication. The size of the apartment was a bit small for 2 adults and two kids, but at all it was a pleasant trip. :)

Not so friendly or helpful owners, was no bottled water upon arrival, although it was stated there should be and I was told that I have to buy my own toilet paper which I have never experienced before. No cleaning during the stay. The stay itself was okay, the location is not bad and it was quiet, however it would not be my first choice next time.

He might forget your booking.

He forgot my booking and acted like it was my fault. I showed up and everything was full. He then put me in a room but I couldn't check in until 8 PM and he made me walk there with my luggage. He told me I was lucky to catch him before he got home because he wouldn't have helped me find the other room for the night. No sense of customer service.

Leider war der Vermieter nicht vor Ort und wir wurden im Vorhinein nicht darauf hingewiesen. Die Unterkunft war schlecht zu finden, und die Hausnummer hat mehrere Eingänge. Es gab weder eine Klingel noch ein Türschild mit einem Hinweis auf Baltic Design Appartments. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich ausgestattet, aber die Ausstattung ist nicht so umfangreich wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Das Appartment hatte weder den gebuchten Blick über die Stadt, noch gab es eine Waschmaschine. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr gute Vorschläge für unsere Ausflüge gegeben.

La chambre était très belle et bien agencée. C'était très correct pour deux personnes pour un court séjour (pas de rangements). Cependant, l'organisation était catastrophique : -La devanture de l'appart hôtel était délabrée et n'indiquait en rien l'établissement (donc impossible à trouver sans gps, et impossible de rentrer puisqu'il fallait un code) -Nous avons failli finir SDF à Riga en plein mois de décembre car le propriétaire a décidé de surbooker son hôtel car selon lui nous n'avions pas payé assez cher pour la nuit du nouvel an. Nous avons donc dû changer d'hôtel pour la fin de notre séjour (ce qui a été possible grâce à Expedia qui a su gérer toutes nos galères, sinon nous aurions probablement dormi dehors sous un pont, puisqu'il était impossible de discuter avec le responsable qui ne voulait rien entendre).

en pitänyt huoneen torakoista enkä siitä että lattia aivan mätä, ei minkäänlaista ilmanvaihtoa huoneessa eikä palohälyytintä, vuodesohvan sisällä mandariinin paloja ja sipsejä

Отличное расположение (20 минут до центра пешком, в округе множество кафкшек и магазинов), в номере чисто и уютно. В номере есть памятка с рекомендациями по магазинам и кафешкам. При заселении общался с Томом - очень приятный и отзывчивый человек, рассказал по текущим мероприятиям в городе и куда стоит сходить. В целом очень доволен, в следущий раз в Риге точно здесь остановлюсь!
