We started off with a room that was very nice, but had unfinished small things, but the staff was aghast over the discrepancies, and went so far out of their way to fix us in a new room that I can’t praise them enough. My son and his new bride came to visit and I wanted to pull all the stops and d’Monaco excelled all my hopes. It is a stellar resort with a fabulous view of Table Rock Lake with only the most beautiful fall 160 degree panorama-with pleasure boat rentals?!!

Staff was extremely pleasant & personable. Location of the hotel/resort was in great proximity to the wedding venues throughout the area. Will be back again

Room was clean and recently renovated. View was excellent.
Note: on-site restaurant is closed monday and tuesday.

My wife and I checked in and within an hour checked right back out. Pictures are deceiving. This should be a 2 star hotel. It was one of the most expensive in the area. The room’s balcony felt like it was about to fall off the side of the hotel. No internet service, the room smelled like a wet dog and looked outdated. Other guests were at the front desk complaining as well.
We left and checked in to the Chateau On The Lake Resort which is the kind of resort we expected when checking in to this hotel.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms, fit and finish was not up to par. Overall it was a decent stay, just wish there was a little more attention to detail with the rooms.
