"This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The manager, Carly, and her staff were kind and attentive. The room was clean and spacious. I travel to the Richmond area several times a year. The Drury Plaza is the only place I'll stay."

The Chilly Reception
"The weather outside was in mid 40's with wind. The foyer and hallways were cold. The room was cold, however, warmed up quickly. The water temp in shower did not get hot. The person at the front desk was very, very rude. I had to ask several times for clarity and the rudeness increased."

I've been here twice in the last 6 months and keep forgetting to list it. Caffespresso is excellent limited seating, well at least when it's packed like yesterday. Very good coffee drinks and nice ambiance. Tasty looking pastries and sandwiches as well. And if that's not enough you can stop by next door to get your gun fixed or buy a new one. What more could you ask? massage? Chiropractor? Yep that's on the other side of the coffee shop. Enjoy!
