There was a kitchen across from my room and it was NOT clean at All. The sink had old food in it and dishes in the sink. The hotel was okay for the price. Staff were extremely nice!! Room I reserved wasn’t available and I was told it was due to other guest extended stay. I didn’t think that was fair nor was I offered compensation. I wanted two queen beds and got one king bed.

This was my first time staying at a Sleep Inn and it was a positive experience. Great price during a busy weekend, polite staff, daily breakfast and large rooms!

Solid property to stay at. We stayed two nights without any issues while getting a child from the near by fort. Staff very nice and the lady running the breakfasts was great.

Upon checking in I was asked for a card for incidentals the young woman said my 1st card was “declined” so I used the exact card I used for booking and again she said “declined” NO neither were declined. I looked at my accounts and both cards had charges on them, okay no big deal the charges will fall off so I proceeded to my room. Upon entering the room I was smacked in the face with the stench of mold & mildew. Upon turning on lights I realized this room absolutely was disgusting. There was HUMAN BODILY FLUIDS all over the mattress cover and housekeeping simply put clean sheets on top of it. I went back to the desk and asked for a “clean” room and explained why. The lady at the desk and the manager gave me a different room and the manager went to inspect the 1st room. The second room was WORSE! Again a horrific smell of mold, furniture that had clearly been waterlogged so bad that the pressed wood was swollen and falling apart but that’s not the problem…. THERE WERE BED BUGS ALL OVER THE MATTRESS COVER and large spots of dried blood from them biting other people. Typically I would’ve checked out BUT with it being graduation weekend at Ft. Gregg-Adams there weren’t many options of other hotels to choose from and well this was the “Top rated” hotel in the area. So Back to the desk I went! By this time the manager had left for the night and the girl at the desk acted as if this wasn’t the first time she’s heard of this. Ugh room number 3 was bug free. WON’T STAY AGAIN
