For the most part a very good place to stay. They do charge for WiFi which in this day and age is pretty absurd. They say there is a way to get free lower tier WiFi if you join Omni rewards but even if you join there is not an option to apply the rewards and get free internet. They want you to choose the pay option and then at check out get it taken off the bill. Ridiculous. Also front desk never answered the phone all three times I called. It goes to hold and after waiting 5-10 min each time I just gave up. Even the technical help line which was an outsourced call center could not get through to the front desk to confirm how to use the rewards program to not pay for internet. I believe the same thing is true for the 1 free water per visit (seriously?). You need to get charged and then have it taken off the bill.

This is a beautiful hotel with great views and easy walking to the anything in the city. It was really a great location and I look forward to returning.

I loved the hotel the decor,restaurants,the rooms are nice every thing you need. The only thing i did miss was a little shop in the hotel but if you take the shuttle bus it will take you to a 7 eleven. The staff very helpful and polite. Ronald was the best i recommend the Omni hotel.
