Thin walls and floors/ceilings. Heard every step and conversation from the rooms above us.

The night staff was not truly capable of managing the desk. Very polite but totally clueless. Wasn’t able to handle a simple task of late checkout request and took 4x the time for check-in. He literally seemed confused about the check out time because we checked in after 11pm. He pointed to the checkout sign saying we don’t have to check out at 12 because we had just gotten there.

Friendly front desk, clean, fresh. Good breakfasts, etc.
