Wonderful stay here. Clean comfortable room; fantastic front desk personnel; free happy hour with beer, wine & spirits. Free breakfast. Had a great strip steak dinner. Excellent food. Definitely stay here if traveling to or through the Richmond/Henrico area.

Plumbing was back up and ac unit did not work .

Check in was a nightmare with over an hour to get our room… staff on reception were understandably stressed but uncommunicative- eye contact the offer to take a seat and be called when they’re ready and a sincere apology would have gone a long way

On different days I was there the were roaches, there was no other rooms available I would not
Be able to go another , it was reports nothing was done just a message will be sent to managers
