Rooms were clean but it’s hard to polish a turd. All rooms have the landlord special for paint and “updating” duct tape keeping things together. There was someone’s yappy dog barking all night. Owner didn’t seem to care.

I kept finding other people's hair in my bed on the floor, in the tub. It was pretty gross. The noise coming from the hallway was terrible. The noise coming from the unit above me was even worse. And the fact that that's never mentioned that they have an extensive amount of permanent residence here. I didn't feel I was staying at a hotel. It felt like and sounded like a dorm.
