We were arriving late and I called the hotel to let them know. Everyone I spoke to on the phone as well as when we arrived were very friendly and helpful.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle was also very convenient for our early flight in the morning.
The hotel was a little bit noisy, however, on a Friday night with a major event in town.

Overall this is a good place to stay. Very friendly staff and amazing location. The facilities were a bit old though

Great stay close to Aberdeen station for a quick ride in the Canada line into central Vancouver. Appreciated the early check in and round-trip airport shuttle, super convenient!
