We never encountered a live human being! Phone goes to voicemail never answered by a person. Rustic to say the least!

Hello, I'm sorry we did not receive your message on our inn's voicemail. We do leave multiple ways to reach someone at the point of check-in and in every room, including a cell phone number to text or call the onsite innkeeper. We are usually onsite and would respond usually within minutes. Our restaurant hours are Wednesday through Saturday, when multiple employees are on staff after 3pm. It is quieter Sunday through Tuesday but someone is always available to assist. Again, we are very sorry that voicemail was missed.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The inn and my room were beautiful! I loved my stay.

It was missing basics like kleenex and a paper cup. It hasa fair amount of noise being so close to the road.No hot water for taking z shower.

Lovely clean rooms with a continental breakfast within 8 mi of Jay Peak. We were only disappointed that the restaurant was closed Sun-Wed as we had looked forward to trying the food!

Glad that you enjoyed your stay, and sorry that the restaurant wasn't open? It is a challenge to staff up these days even for four days. We are closed for mud season but will open again on May 8; hope you will be back when the kitchen is open!
