When I booked a handicapped room, I thought it would be wheelchair accessible. There was a doorbell for a hearing impaired person, but not wheelchair accessible things, such as a shower chair. I didn't realize I would need to be specific. Next time I'll make sure to say wheelchair accessible.

MaryEllen,I can understand the confusion of the accessible rooms! If this happens again, please let our Front Desk Agent know! We had 3 available rooms with a King bed that were wheelchair accessible. We look forward to seeing you again!

It serves it's purpose. It's a place to lay your head for a night. Complementary breakfast is great. Rooms are outdated but clean. Staff is friendly.

Property looked to be really new. Staff was pleasant and professional. Rooms and hotel were very clean with everything in good working condition. Only issue with the property, which is something the staff can’t control, was the noise from the freeway next to the hotel. My room was on the freeway side of the hotel and the noise from the semi-truck was quite noticeable especially after the TV was turned off and it was time for bed. The hotel was not anywhere close to full so I could have easily been given a room on the ‘quiet side’ of the hotel. Bummer because everything else was great.

Hi Russell,So glad you enjoyed your stay with us, minus the freeway noise. The night of your reservation we only had 4 rooms available so an offer to be moved to the other side wouldn't have been an option. For future reference if you book a Suite, all of our Suites are away from the freeway. We look forward to seeing you again!

On the outskirts of town, no snacks dispenser, so you have to drive somewhere else to buy food or drink.

Hi Susan,We do have a vending/snack machine on the ground floor by the elevator. As for the drinks, we have a vending machine one each floor.

Property is well maintained with an informed staff. Plenty of amenities for those with time and energy. Breakfast was prompt and satisfactory. Room was quiet, large and comfortable. Second stay at this location. Outside walkable food options are limited.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Issues were- power went out so that was a pain to haul luggage downstairs. Also the noise in the room above us had me up most of the night. They were pounding on the ceiling at 4am.

Hi Robyn,We are so sorry that the power went out, unfortunately our hotel does not have control over this. It would be great if we could avoid it! If you are ever in a hotel that the power goes out again, contact the front desk and I am sure they could help you with your luggage as our hotel would have. I hope the rest of your travels go smoothly!
