No hot water in the room. Key server was down during checkout, so was a pain to check in.

It was construction and staff was not on the front desk we waited for 25 minutes to someone help us and we left the same day we didn’t want to stay under construction

I liked the room was renovated and clean. The bed and room conditions were comfortable. Breakfast was nice but the juice machine didn’t seem to have juice and one morning no coffee we were told the coffee person was sick and no coffee. I would stay again and Great price.

The service is terrrible, in particular the lady in the reception desk. In addition, the clean work is not timely.

While staff is always co-operative and excellant, some renovation work is in progress since last 6 months I believe. So its noisy most of the time. You see junk all across the floor
