When we first arrived, we were put in an outside building that reminded us of a roadside motel, for patrons with pets. They said it had something to do with how we booked our room. They fixed the issue quickly when we expressed our disappointment in this. The rest of the stay was great.

The place is beautiful and has lovely staff. The bathroom door did not close (got stuck on the toilet) and the hotel does not have an elevator.

Everything went okay with checking in but the hot tub wasn’t working so we couldn’t use that and the room was kinda rough with stains on the mattress cover, sheets, and blanket. Overall it was okay but I don’t think I would choose it again.

I really like the location which is Central to the Rice Lake area. The staff were all really friendly. The breakfast offerings were a complete bore but who cares. The room was nice and clean.
