Super handy spot, just down the road from the Mall, parking was a bit tight but off street, we had the first room facing the street, (even though it was away from the street front a bit) so still a little bit of street noise, I think the other rooms would have been very quiet, as it backs onto a reserve, clean, tidy and very good size for the price (2 bed 2 storied apartment). It Worked well, and would stay again

great location(central to everything) Warm,friendly welcome. Room perfect(private). Downstairs with small courtyard excellent for us.Would book here again. Generally a great experience. Thank-you

Very good room serviced every day clean towels handy to riccarton mall and eating places would come here again
