"The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. "

"The property seemed to be in the middle of construction/remodel. The apartment itself was spacious but was unfinished. The space under the tub was untitled, the floors in the door frame were missing separators, and most importantly, there were no window coverings on any of the windows, nor was there a shower curtain or door. "Let me put this upfront the flat is great very clean and great comfort. The bathroom is for four+ very small but still sufficient and the kitchen is well equipped. It is directly located at the market square which is great for going but but also means that until midnight it can be quiet load. Now the downside, I had possibly the worse customer service ever. First I get an email to tell them 30 minutes before arrivial to meet at the spot. I called multiple times nobody ever picked up. Then...

"I had a lovely stay, the hotel has a very unique design, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally spacious. Wifi working great. My only negative point is that on weekend nights, as the hotel is very central, the noise from the street really penetrates the room. I didn't mind much but I know some people are sensitive."

"Right from the moment you enter the lobby you can tell it’s a high end hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, lots of plugs and mirrors. We had a bonus bathroom and balcony that we were not expecting. Nice touches on nespresso coffee and large bath sheets. Breakfast was phenomenal with tons of choices and even offered an outside patio. Best of all, right across the street from the castle. Close to all sights in old part of Brno and the train station. Wished we could stay longer!"

"This was wonderful property. We had a double suite on 9th floor with great balcony and great view of the city. Best breakfast I had recently in a hotel. If I come back to Brno again, I will get the same Cosmopolitan hotel."

"I don’t know if I’ve had the perfect combination of convenience, proximity, professionalism, friendless, and an incredible room all in one stay. Grandezza ticks ALL the boxes. Cannot recommend enough-from the spacious room to the killer views to all the activities in and around d the hotel, it’s the perfect place for a day or two or three in Brno. 10/10 will stay again!"
