"I went on this trip to perform surgery on the city but I choose this hotel because was close to the clinic. Hotel ok but the staff was not so friendly. They treat my self like I was some kind of old lady and they assimilate tbsf I was talking nonsense. But this is normal in Brazil people don’t have a sense of self respect and they act like they don’t care. "Nice hotel. Good size rooms, comfortable beds and very good breakfast included. Restaurant options somewhat limited, but located at walkable distance to a large shopping mall w/ many other restaurant options. Excellent staff, efficient, friendly and very accommodating. We stayed for 10 days and plan on returning."

"The price per room was phenomenal. Most of the staff (with the exception of two young evening receptionist) were friendly and helpful. The hotel could be more attractive if it were better maintained. Safe and hair dryer in room did not work. Although reported, nothing was done to resolve.Some of the walls need repairs and fresh paint. Breakfast served was fabulous. There are no walkable restaurants or shops near by. "
