"Very useful, friendly receptionist and understanding catering staff, willing to stay longer hours behind to serve late dinner. Property could offer free breakfast or packed breakfast if needed that is not the case. Cleanliness is spotless and no issue there. Vending machine was faulty and not responsive with selection of correct product, although not Hotel’s direct fault perhaps.
