I want to share my recent experience at Lindos Resort. Overall, the stay was a mix of positive and negative aspects. On the positive side: - Some of the staff, such as Klara and the manager at the reception, were genuinely friendly and welcoming. - The resort had multiple pools, which were great for relaxation and enjoyment. - The Italian restaurant served high-quality dishes, making it a standout dining experience. However, there were several disappointing aspects: - Some of the senior staff at the bar near the reception were rude and impolite. - There was a foul smell near the relax pool border, which was unpleasant. - The buffet food was underwhelming, with repetitive items such as pasta and Bolognese sauce almost every day, although Friday night's buffet was an exception. - Unfortunately, after one of our dinners, my family and I experienced food poisoning, which required us to seek medical attention. This seems to be a recurring problem based on previous reviews. Overall, due to these negative experiences, I do not plan to return to this hotel nor would I recommend it.

Beautiful place

We have just come back from a beautiful stay at the 5 star Lindos Imperial, we loved every minute, the rooms were lovely, we had views of the pool and sea. Great facilities in the room, very comfy beds, air con was a relief in the room as it was very hot! The food was amazing, spoilt for choice, absolutely delicious! The entertainment at night was very good, and the whole place is huge but we were very lucky being near the beach as we prefer the beach to the pool, the pools however we’re great, lots to choose from, we also had the VIP package which allowed us to stay in our room on the last day when our flight was due, which was fab! Couldn’t fault it and we didn’t want to come home lovely place and would highly recommend.

Staff here go above and beyond to make your trip special - Jamie was an absolute delight and we enjoyed seeing him each day - so helpful, friendly and always with a smile. Mariana on reception was also amazing - thanks for a lovely stay. The food was average but i think this is standard for all inclusive holidays. Would definitely recommend booking a suite if possible (we upgraded after the first night) and it was so much better. We had a suite with shared pool, the area was clean, pool was lovely and not too busy at all. I would say for any beach lovers the beach nearby isnt the nicest, we ended up renting a quad and going to nearby Lindos Beach and St Pauls Bay which were beautiful with clear water. Overall a great short break

The swimming pools were great, kids loved them. Beach is shingle but sandy areas within walking distance. Food was OK, but the 'Dine Around' options were difficult to secure. All in all a lovely stay!

On the good side: Very varied and delicious food throughout the day. Really great water slides, lots of pools and a stunning beach. The staff is courteous, helpful and always with a smile. The rooms are clean and also cleaned daily to a high standard. On the less good side: The furniture in the rooms is quite outdated. The rooms do not have internet reception and where there is a very poor quality. Like the internet that was in the early 2000s. The air conditioner hardly worked and it is harsh in the temperatures of summer in Rhodes. For two days there were prolonged water breaks to a level that it was impossible to shower. At the reception of the hotel they were not too excited about the faulty air conditioner or the water breaks nor were they eager to take care of the matter.

The place is very nice and pools are great. The team is very friendly WiFi is very poor, keeps disconnected and not working in the rooms. Food was amazing Over all - we had a very good time
