We had a room with a private pool. But the pool and the balcony are old, with stains on the floor and other signs of wear. The cleaning was okay, and the service was fine, but this is more like a 3-star hotel, not 5 stars. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Pool. Allerdings ist sowohl der Pool als auch der Balkon etwas in die Jahre gekommen; es gibt Flecken auf dem Boden und ähnliche Abnutzungserscheinungen. Die Sauberkeit war akzeptabel, und der Service war in Ordnung, aber das Hotel verdient eher 3 als 5 Sterne.

Pool, view, food- superb Cleanliness- rooms were not cleaned well Rooms- noisy with traffic noise, some smelt bad Staff- in general friendly and polite. Unfortunately some staff in buffet restaurant could be rude. Some aspects of hotel are 5 star some not 5 star. Hotel is not value for money. It needs improvements.

Felt like a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 5 star property. Most annoying was the cheap policies - €2 for additional coffee pods and not replenishing water in the room for example. Main pool was nice but mismatched sunbeds, tiny umbrellas and zero shade meant it wasn’t particularly pleasant to be around. Average hotel, trying to be something it isn’t.

5* Review We stayed for a week bed and breakfast and cannot fault this hotel. Beautiful property with attentive, friendly staff. Would reccomend B&B option as there are so many amazing restaurants to try in Lindos. We will return to this hotel! See you next year Lindos Grand Resort and Spa.

The hotel itself is beautiful and kept pristine. The staff hospitality was lacking. We were commonly spoken to with a disrespectful undertone throughout our trip. Along with other inconveniences, our trip could have definitely been better. The food is mediocre at best. Not the best place to get greek food ironically.
