I was left outside in cold and rain unable to gain access as I should have been sent a code or instructions on how to enter. Dispute several calls a pacing around the property i had no response. I was left cold wet and stranded. Left no choice than to find another hotel as close as possible to get a room for the night which I did at twice the cost and another taxi to the new hotel! "Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. Got one. Had to ask for a second. Had to ask for coffee again. Had to ask for knives (which were not available anywhere). After 20 min...
