"This property is awesome. The views are different from each unit, but the one we had was beautiful. The unit was roomy, comfortable. The employees at the office are very pleasant and helpful. The parking spots are tiny, and we had hard time parking our large SUV, but other than that this place is incredible."

"Amazing view, quiet, comfortable room. Excellent restaurant, quality of dishes and service worthy of a Michelin star. Unfortunately, there was one downside, when checking out from the hotel, you were charged for tea. SHAME"

"Amazing views, very spacious comfortable appartment in villa the only thing I would change is that no cleaning was provided that wasn’t a problem but bins were not emptied and there were no places to take rubbish or even recycling…bathrooms could do with a bit of modern update but were clean and functional so not a problem….pool amazing and staff very helpful and would definitely recommend and stay again. "This is such a lovely place to stay, very family orientated. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The property, grounds and pool were spotlessly clean. You need to have a car to stay here really if you want to get anywhere as it isn't really walkable to much. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which has everything you would expect and includes a full size fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The site is gated and you are given the code on arrival. Parking is away from the accommodation, but...

Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs.
