Too loud in mornings janitors start cleaning before 9 am, no toilet towel, bathtub not clean, tv remote control didnt work had change 3 times,no elevator and no help with bags to go upstairs,no breakfast not even coffee in the room, they take dollar $16 when is at $17.50 "

"Nice and clean place, they are remodeling the hotel, therefore it was noisy in the morning. Other than that, very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Excellent service, the staff went out of their way to be extremely helpful. Unfortunately the water in the shower did not have enough pressure."

"El Camino is a very nice place to stay in Reynosa. The staff are all very friendly and professional and helpful. The grounds are very well maintained and clean. Room is cleaned immaculately everyday with fresh towels and linens. The hotel has a lovely courtyard with a pool and fountain as well as a great gym. Excellent air conditioning. Parking is very convenient, covered and privately maintained at all times. Very safe. There is a restaurant attached that offers breakfast daily, but i...
