Property fit my needs as someone who needed a place to stay overnight in Jokulsarlon. Access to the rooms was convenient and the beds were comfortable after a day of hiking. The staff was excellent and provided what I needed. Breakfast was excellent every morning, and dinner service was fantastic.

The rooms are comfortable and functional. Hali is rather remote (as are the few hotels in this area). Restaurant was fine. The outside grounds could use some straightening up and maybe parking some farm equipment in a garage or barn. But ... the new of the mountains and ocean from the hotel rooms is FANTASTIC!!!

The staff was helpful, polite and friendly. Being on the water was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was great at the restaurant.
My only complaint is that our room was right beside the common area which was very loud.
I would stay here again
