Good location. Taxis were easy to get. View wasn’t great. Bathroom sliding door was a pain to open and close.

The hotel front desk and the massage kiosk are confused and they spent half an hour figuring out how much should we pay.

Amazing stay and such nice beds! Our shower did have issues draining, but it was fixed promptly!

Great hotel, everything you’d want in a place. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, well maintained, quiet, comfortable bed and plush linens, excellent location within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again next time I’m in Reykjavík
