I had problems getting my key as the box was high and I wear varifocal lens. I should’ve realised the breakfast arrangement when I booked. It would have been improved with a bette

Convenient location in a rural setting. Excellent walks from the property with plenty of marked footpaths. We would stay here again.

Our room was spacious and clean . Kitchenet well stocked and breakfast supplies very generous. We had no hot water the first night and following morning but Cheryl was very helpful and had the it sorted by that evening.

I was disappointed that there was no communal dining area. I had two friends, who were staying at the same time. It would have been nice, to have our breakfast together. Regards, Mike Body

I felt that the property is dated and needs upgrading, the listing is misleading, breakfast included was a packet of crumpets and something in a plastic small tub like margarine and an out of date yogurt, I’d walked 20 miles that day and had no food or car so I booked for what I was hoping a decent coffee and a croissant at least. At £75 it wasn’t cheap and my most expensive stay, I met no one and had no personal contact and a generic check in message. I stay in a lot of places all over and this is overpriced and oversold!
