We loved the place. Good location, nice furniture (it looked new). Comfortable beds, affordable price, excellent communication. Next time I come back to Rexburg, we will take this option as first

I didn’t go to. They said they were pet friendly but charge $60 per dog! That almost doubled our charge. We were traveling because of a family emergency and they said that I had to either pay the undisclosed $120 dog fee, or not be reimbursed for cancelling. Manager was incredibly unfriendly. We ended up going somewhere else. This hotel does not do business in good faith. I do not trust this hotel and feel ripped off. They are misleading Expedia, they were even rude to the kind Expedia rep who tried to help me by calling the hotel and speaking to the manager herself!

This property is a converted apartment complex without a front desk. As such, you cannot expect services from a typical hotel, let alone a "luxury" one. If you are bothered by train whistles you may want to know this property is right next to a railway track. On the flip side, it does have a kitchen, so it may work for you if you plan to cook your own meals during your stay. If you do, however, prepare to bring or buy cooking oil, salt, and other kitchen condiments on your own. Although the listing says it has a "fully stocked" kitchen, we arrived to find no useful condiments in the kitchen, only an empty salt canteen and a small bottle of white pepper powder. While it claims to have free breakfast, you only receive one breakfast coupon at Denny's for one person, even when you have more than one person in your party, and stay for multiple days.

I rated this place less than average because my expectation was too high based on the previous comments I read. This place seems like a converted two-bedroom apartment. It is inexpensive with a reason! the moment we entered in one of the bedrooms, the smoke detector is chirping and I had to call the owner to fix under his instruction. At the mean time I noticed many damages on the floor, walls, and unfinished painting and holes, etc. the whole setting is way different from the photos. Many lights in the rooms are not working. While I have to say you pay what you got. The final bill is higher than I booked for no reason. Aa one of the posts said, the so-called breakfast is just a coupon of Danney for one person only!!! The property information is way off the reality.

Lei Yang, we are sorry for your experience. We provide Suites for our guests to stay in so they are much much larger than a regular hotel room. You do get 900 square feet of space like a two bedroom home. This is why so many people love to book with us because you are paying the same as the local hotels but get much more! :) We never know when the batteries are going to die on something so if it happens to be during a guest stay then of course we will get that fixed immediately! Glad that worked out. Minor wear is normal anywhere you go during travel. The photos we provide on the site are the same exact photos of the suites we provide. Each suite is the same exact floor plan but different decor. Every suite has been provided with brand new decor the last year, so everything is brand new. Booking through us directly will always been cheaper than booking through a third party as their sites don't always collect all the charges and take up to 30 Percent of the earnings and therefore gets placed on the customer. Yes, we do provide one free breakfast to Denny's in a voucher form as a thank you for being our guest and booking with us. This is in the description and also in the 3 emails that we send out to you prior to arrival. Take care.

This apartment was beautifully set up and close to everything we wanted to do.
