Very comfortable bed, lots of room, very clean. No fridge or coffee machine in room, but they have excellent coffee and specialty coffees available in the dining room along with what was looking like a nice breakfast spread (no charge)! Great pub on site! They also have fine dining, which we did not try. Overall, a great trip and we'll be back!

Quaint little boutique hotel with friendly staff. There is a restaurant downstairs which turns into a live music spot at 9pm. It was very loud in the restaurant and we were worried that the sound would transfer upstairs because we were directly above. Thankfully is was a quiet and we had a nice stay. Revelstoke has a market on Saturdays which is just outside, it was only a block but lots of fresh produce and artisian wares. The Regent was perfectly located.

I would consider this stay as just very average. Unfortunately a major factor we had when booking this property was the restaurant which was closed during our stay. We understood that many restaurants in town may be closed during this time frame for off season but as it was for our anniversary it was important to me that we were able to have a nice dinner. At the time of booking there was no indication on their website that the main restaurant would be closed nor did receive any notification of the closure within the cancellation time frame. Had I known that the restaurant would be closed, I would have booked a different property. There was also construction during our stay which we were also not notified of. I would understand if the room rate was discounted for these factors but it still was one of the most expensive options in town. For these reasons, I do not feel we would stay here again.

Hi Kelsey,We posted the closure of the 112 Restaurant on the Expedia Booking site, but it was not yet decided when you booked in October-we always do a fall closure to prep for the busy winter-we apologize for that inconvenience. As for the construction, we only have a 2 week quiet period right now, so we had to quickly arrange for carpet installation in hallways and cleaning-it was quite last minute, but we had to get the carpet layers in on their timeline...renos have to get done whenever we have a slower period. When you prepay a booking site, we have no option to reduce rates on our end at time of checkout, We appreciate your understanding, and look forward to having you back.
