My boyfriend and I stayed at the "Revelstoke Cabin" for 2 nights and we both absolutely just loved it. It was clean and it had a mini fridge, microwave, a heater and an electric fireplace in the room. Location is perfect and the staff were very kind. We will definitely come stay here again!

This is a very, very unusual place. Apparently the owners think that Noah's Ark was an actual real thing, and there is an ark reproduction here where the owner lives. That's right! The elephants, penguins, giraffes, all the insects, polar bears, eagles, all the snakes, rhinoceroses, dogs, cats, rodents, tigers, leopards, monkeys, and gorillas all rode in the ark. This campground (which is what it actually is) is packed to high density. The biggest joke is the so-called morning breakfast/coffee. I still laugh when I think about the poor chap whom I saw sadly poking around the "breakfast" tables in the morning. He shook his head and walked away. The only reason we stayed here is because it was cheaper than anything else here. Oh, and you're out on the highway, with absolutely nothing around.

The suite was super clean and having a kitchenette with a fridge was great. We stopped as an overnight and it was a comfortable place to lay our heads for the night. The mattresses are fantastic!

Cute, Quiet, Comfortable!
Posted 18 Jun 2018We enjoyed our stay 100%, the employees are so nice, the facilities were kept clean. The bathrooms are a little far from the cabins we rented, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. They have a little general store, which has almost anything you might of forgot at home. They have a community outdoor kitchen were you can BBQ your supper or microwave your food. Pots/pans/utensils, etc. available there, with a outdoor sink were you can wash everything and pack it back up if you brought your own like we did. We stayed in 1 of the 4 cabins they have out there. The cabins were small, but great for us since there was just the 2 of us staying there. They had 3 beds, so could fit up to 6 people. Its great if you are just using them to sleep in, and the beds were comfy!! Extra bonus in my books haha. They also had a lot of lots for campers/RV's or even tents. The lots were nice and grassy, each one had a above ground fire pit. In general, just a great place!!! We can't wait to come back some day :D

So nice and cozy, peaceful
Posted 22 Jul 2017They really make it feel homie and the fact that they've built it all themselves and most of things are home made really makes it quite the treat

Good stay, poor expedia
Posted 18 Sep 2016
Pros: This isn't a hotel even though it is listed with the most expensive hotels in Revelstoke. The no recommendation would be yes with all the facts.
Cons: The placement of qualifying information on the expedia page. Information like shared facilities, bedding requirements and towel requirements.
Location: The location of the cabins is a long way from the town. Make sure you eat before you go.
Pros: this place was clean and acceptable. Bathrooms modern and clean and showers modern and clean. Be careful to read the whole page expedia gives you. This is foremost a camping ground with four cabins without facilities on site.
Cons: Expedia. Although all the information can be found at the bottom of their page in small print it is not available up front. You must supply all your bedding and towels or pay extra for them. They require to be informed that you need these before you arrive. Bathrooms and showers are shared in a location about 50 to 100 yards from the cabins over sandy ground. The location is about 20 minutes drive out of Revelstoke. Arrival must be before 8 pm because they close the gates at that time. None of this was up front on the expedia page like I've seen with other accommodations with shared facilities. We only found this out when we stopped in Revelstoke to check our email. Since we reserved the place that morning we had no idea of what we paid for until just before we arrived, all this contained in 3 emails waiting for us. Further, when we got there we were informed we only paid a deposit. The charges are not listed on my credit card at this date so I don't know what I was charged. It made for an humorous and entertaining story for the guests at the following two bed and breakfasts we stopped at and I'm sure my partner continues to entertain her family and friends with the story. In the end she liked the place largely because of the owners, I think.

Wonderful cabin for an excellent price
Posted 18 Jul 2016
Pros: Very nice little cabin for a good price. Very friendly staff. Main office/bathroom/showers not too far away.
Cons: The sites are quite close together so you don't get a lot of privacy and they could use some work, but it allows you to meet people.
Location: Lots of stuff to do nearby. Enchanted Forest, Three Valley Gap Ghost Town, Revelstoke Railway Museum and the Pipe ride on Revelstoke Mountain Resort.
We stayed in one of the cabins on the Resort. It was a very nice little cabin. Our son loved the bunk bed. Slept on the bottom bunk, and we made the top bunk into a play area. Comfy beds, little table to eat and a fridge and microwave. The fan was a nice addition to beat the heat. The sites are quite close together so you don't get a lot of privacy and they could use some work, but it allows you to meet people. Very friendly staff and the Main office/bathroom/showers not too far away. Small playground for the kids, but that's all they needed. Yummy frozen yogurt but a little pricey. Lots of stuff to do nearby. Enchanted Forest, Three Valley Gap Ghost Town, Revelstoke Railway Museum and the Pipe ride on Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Made for a wonderful family vacation for the week and we enjoyed our stay.
