"The property is a beautiful historic home with fun trap doors and hiding places from the original owner's tea smuggling days. It has a wonderful open living and dining area with an expansive view of the town of Eyemouth. We had easy access to restaurants in town (we watched the fresh fish delivered daily), scenic hiking trails and the golf course on the hill behind the house. "Readers, read this to the end as it contains a balanced review that you will want to consider before booking. We stayed at the Coach house for two nights. It's a in a good location with an excellent COOP (market) just a few doors down. A nice albeit getting old property whose kitchen is well equipped and shower is excellent. "Stayed a couple of nights for our anniversary and had the most amazing time! This cottage is exceptional.. perfectly situated near beach, shops pubs etc, plenty parking options on a nice quiet street. Inside is really well decorated and has everything you could want or need in a home away from home. Comfy bed, cosy sofa and a hot shower. "The house and facilities are fantastic, in fact it felt so homely and welcoming we did not want to come home. The owners are lovely people very friendly and helpful The area is great for getting to many close by areas and dog walks. Love the art around the gardens, fenced in garden great for our pooches.
