Staff was helful and courteous.
Restaurant needs to have longer opening hours.

I’ve stayed here before it’s normally great but was disappointed that my shower had two body wash containers and one conditioner, no shampoo. My hair is looking pretty rough today.

I was having a good experience with the hotel as the staff was friendly and area was quiet, until the last night when I found black mold on the air vents of the air conditioning unit. If I had seen it earlier I would have demanded a new room or a full refund. I only came upon it because I went to put a pair of jeans near by on the chair to air out before I wore it the next morning to the airport. Also I do recall coughing a couple nights prior, but blamed it on the cold weather.
I spoke to the staff attendant when I checked out and he said he couldn't give me a refund as I booked my stay through a third party. I responded by saying that I would be writing to their corporate office. When my health is on the line in the case of pure negligence to clean the vents I really don't want a free future booking I want a full refund to my card. To think I took out insurance for this stay thinking about all other risk possibilities other than exposure to black mold.

There was a toothpaste stain outside the sink. There was hair in the shower. The sheets smelled weird. A lady with a clipboard woke us up at 9 am!
