The heater in my room was broken, so I spent the night shivering in the cold. The room temperature was 56°F, and the air conditioner was on. When I switched it to heat, it only went up to 66°F after three hours. I told the receptionist about it, and they said they would fix it later. So, I decided to check out immediately.

The property was clean and the service was excellent. It was close to a wide variety of dining options. The one drawback was the carpeting because it set off my allergies.

Front desk attendants were all rude and very unhelpful. It was an unnecessary and frustrating experience especially given the amount of money they charge.
