The location, the building and the property manager, Bushra, were excellent. Lots of local businesses are walkable and a great Reston Town Center location.

The property itself was great. The company is not. I've had to revise my review many times, but unsure why... buyer beware as I can't give details I guess.

Great stay! Property manager was easy to communicate with and allowed a late checkout and the unit was clean. Highly recommend

Everything was very clean, fantastic customer service and the area around the hotel had a lot of things to do. Would absolutely consider staying here again.

This place is just ok. You book through hotels.com and then have to deal with the management company global suites. Hotels is great but global is horrible. They constantly ask for photos of your credit card. I have stayed three times and won’t ever again. They always mess up my parking reservation and then bill me months later. The area is great but if you are looking for ease of booking this is not the place. Stay away. I will avoid this place from now on and I travel to the area a lot. Their check out instructions basically have you do everything a cleaning crew is paid to do. If you don’t do it they will dock your deposit. Yes it has a full kitchen but there is not one spatula or even salt and pepper for you to actually cook. Just go to the Hyatt next door. Their cleaning list is worse than my wife’s at home. It is work on you to stay here. I tried to like it three times but global luxury suites ruined my experience. They don’t tell you when you book that you have to go through them after. The area is great though but just stay in the main hotel. I will never stay there again

Nice, large apartment with some flaws - bed possibly broken, one towel only, have to pack your garbage out. There is parking nearby but communication to secure it was annoying with having to send images of the credit card in. Check in was smooth and the building and the area are great.
