By all information on the wotif site & the Motels website this motel had a working restaurant & bar. This was a main reason for booking this location. When we arrived we were advised that these were closed for Renovation & looked to have been for quite a while. This should be noted on the booking site. Full price is still charged. Other than that the Room was OK, except for a disabled smoke alarm.

Staff are not useful, not that friendly and barely understand English. Had issues at check in, requested 2 extra towels and was told that will cost me. Had issues with the fridge and the room could have been cleaned better

This should be called a badly run motel in relation to cleanliness, customer service and health and safety.
Mould was all over the bathroom that has a small and slippery bath tub and unsafe rails.
I honestly thought I was somewhere in a 3rd world country. Night manager did not have any customer service experience but did have bad customer service.
I would like to say more bad things about this place but this space is limited. I will never stay at this place and I wish I can get a refund for that bad night and health issues I had to deal with mothballs smell at the reception and in my room and a noisy fridge with a jug of water ( not bottle water) that has been in the fridge for quiet sometime.

Despite advertising and being able to prepay breakfast they do NOT serve breakfast. I had to contact Expedia to be refunded. Motel was modern and clean.
