Her sorumuza sabırla yanıt verdiler ve ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her konuda hızlıca yardımcı oldular. Özellikle güler yüzlü ve profesyonel ekip, konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Odalar temiz ve konforluydu, genel olarak otelin düzeni ve atmosferi oldukça huzurluydu. Ancak bu deneyimi gerçekten özel kılan şey çalışanların misafirperverliğiydi. Böyle bir ekiple karşılaşmak seyahatimizin en güzel yanlarından biri oldu. Tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğimiz ve gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edeceğimiz bir otel."

"Hello. Today, Wednesday, February 4th, I called the hotel to claim a jacket I left in the room's linen closet. The young man who answered my call at 11:35 am hung up on me while I was explaining the situation. I have no answers or attention"

"Biggest issue was the fact that I had requested a non-smoking room for my family with small kids but seemed like the room and the entire floor was for smokers. I had to keep the window in my room open at all times (when it was freezing outside) to make it easier to breathe. On the plus side, excellent breakfast. Staff was helpful in allowing me store my luggage in storage at the hotel a few hours before check-in."

"This hotel is currently under renovation .. strong snell of paint, ladders & tools left in the corridor , exposed wires , and tiles all pulled up so the floors were uneven making it easy to fall , bathroom not finished Complete lack of customer service .. no water in room or available from kitchen we were told to walk to market to buy water! Avoid as you will be dissapointed "
