There was nobody to check me in. It was extremely hot and I waited 30 minutes to find someone. I messaged on Expedia - an hour to answer. No response on WhatsApp. Didn’t answer the phone. The apartment looks nothing like the pictures. Run down. No hot water. No soap in the bathroom. Screaming kids outside. A disaster

Mr Jhon like a man you are lying at your age.I'm not responsible if out its really hot outside. I did all the day inside of the office you just come inside seat around of the pool touching your cell .never talk we have . You are the only one without hot water or you don't know how to do it? Cause all our apparment have own hot water.I swear the God I go now in the apartment I will find the hot water.Don't make me pay your bad day ou time I don't know where.You can make a look in all our platforms rbnb, booking etc you are the first person talk like this.I respect your age this is the reason I don't say more.Remember I go with you inside of the apartment to show you everything.
