Overall great stay. Hotel close to shops and restaurants. Hotel was busy during a weekend, it’s close to Reno.

Got to the Hotel and the main entry was locked and no one was answering the phone . Mind you I did get there late around midnight buyer just had a long trip from out of state and my family and I couldn’t wait to get in our room and we had to wait a little longer because staff lock the doors because they were away from the desk . About less then 10 mins later a gentlemen finally let me in

I had a king bed accessible room reservation that was pepaid but they gave me a double queen standard and said they would not honor my reservation. Then the shower handle came apart when I turned it on. After we cleaned the mess from the shower handle and maintenance repaired it I asked the desk staff for some new towels and she gave me used dirty towels. She was rude about having an animal and she charged me the pet fee twice which I didn't notice until the morning desk lady checked us out.

Spa was closed, lobby had clumps of mud on the floor, breakfast was not included in room rate, Suite had shuttered doors between bedroom and living area with gaps so not really private. Living area advertised as having sleeper sofa did not. Blackout curtains had huge gaps.

We were visiting family for a wedding. The property had a lot of options to eat shop and good freeway access. Staff was very nice
