Everything was pretty good until the last night i was there. My family and i had left the hotel and when we came back housekeeper had entered our room. They were not requested to and they definitely were not welcome to enter my room without us there. I go to hotels all the time and i have never encountered this. When i asked the front desk they acted like it was my fault for not having the do not disturb sign on my door, which there wasnt one in my room to befin with so there is no way i could avoid this.

Close to banks, shopping and the peppermill and atlantis. Nice and affordable.

I loved the beds. They were so comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the front desk was amazing. I would highly recommend this property if you are in Reno
