Poor customer service while checking in. Called front desk regarding help for WiFi. Same desk guy that checked us in. Answered that no problem with WiFi, it is open. Asked what the steps were to get on it. (We are in our late 70’s and wasn’t sure how to do it. He repeated there is not a problem with WiFi and hung up. Also TV remote had back missing and did not work. Found dirty clothes from another/previous guest(s). Only had two towels for our showed. Noise was loud from other guests. Screaming for 2 hours. Areas around our building had lots of litter. Parked just inside street curb. Ther were homeless living in vehicles and broke down RVs. Very dirty and scary.

This was literally the DIRTIEST and grossest hotel I have stayed in and I’ve stayed in hundreds of “budget friendly” hotels/motels. They need to be shutdown! There’s no way this is sanitary.
Stains EVERYWHERE, even on our PILLOW CASES (which were paper thin), mold all over the bathroom and shower, dirtiest shower floor, trash from previous guests all over the room and the water wouldn’t go down in the sink.
The worst was giving us a PAPER THIN SHEET as a supposed blanket in 20 degree winter weather. We were FREEZING.

One time stay will not return to this location.
Checkin was straight forward and easy. After entering the room, found multiple issues. In room temperature control was horrible and noisy during the whole time, had to turn it off in order to go to sleep. Toilet roll left with just a couple squares, luckily there’s a new roll spared. Face tissue was empty, had to get it from front desk. Bath tub was hollowed and drain blocked just a quick shower. Worst thing was the hotel located next to USPS/trucking parking center, after a few hours quiet time, trucks leaving the premises were making so much noise worst than trains. Continental breakfast was okay but not enough seating.

The lady that checked me in was very nice and hospitable! Very welcoming! And the gentleman who checked me out was very helpful and went beyond his customer support, it was awesome!
