The staff & service is just for the person who helped me with the check in on Monday night, he was really nice. The room smelled bad, dirty sheets, and towels had hair on it. I reported the bathtub didn’t work, they didn’t fixed it. When I was showering the water didn’t go away.

I went to check in on Monday dec 11th and I was told I was unable to check in because I did t have the physical debit card. I use Apple Pay/bank card on my phone. I booked through Expedia and was told I would be unable to check in. I had to no debit physical debit card with me at the time so I went and stayed at the circus circus. I was still charged even though they denied my stay
