All week the elevators where not working, and they where never fixed.

Unfortunately, the problem was being worked on by elevator technicians for a week to ensure that we got one up and running as soon as possible. We wish that there was a way that this could have been expedited as it makes it difficult for our guests and staff. We hope to have the honour of hosting you again.

Great location on Marina Park for dog & exercise. Comfy beds. Cons: 3 nights no housekeeping & ac unit very loud.

Housekeeping services are offered every other day unless services are requested more frequently. Our staff will not enter a room in which a pet is left unattended.
