As an American traveling with his wife and 3 kids, it is always a welcome surprise when the front desk persons speak English and tolerate my attempts at French. They were very kind. They understood and articulated the difficulties of driving in Rennes and so made good recommendations for amenities within walking distance. It is very close to the train station with many food choices. Way nicer than the other hotel we tried in Rennes on the front end of our trip. We were a family of 5 so I did not have time for the spa.

Very decent hotel with outstanding staff. Reception (Yasmine and Thierry) and restaurant staff (Victoria) have been very helpful and always try to go the extra mile for their guests.
