Great place to stay - good value
Posted 16 Jun 2019 on HotelsWe had two single rooms and those were one of the best designs I have ever stayed it. Every inch of space was thought through and made the rooms extremely comfortable. To top it, they had a small balcony with a great view of the Rhein.

Didn’t receive the opportunity to improve my room even though occupancy was low. Had to hunt down an employee in order to check in left the property the next morning covered with insect bites

Dear Mark, we have offered you a better room category. But you didn't want to pay for it. The insect bites you have certainly contracted during your walk in the forest. You didn't necessarily have to show your ass to our employee to prove the insect bites. You also left the dirt in our room.

Posted 11 Oct 2015 on HotelsExcellent breakfast buffet. Restaurant available for dinner. Outstanding menu. River view. Spacious room with balcony with table and chairs. Huge bathroom with deep tub and separate shower. Large indoor pool great for relaxing. Would recommend it to anyone.
