"Overall, the hotel was very good. It was clean, large, and very useful to have the kitchenette and laundry machine. My main complaint is that when we checked in, we were told we could opt in to the breakfast for the next day for €17 per person, just had to let the front desk know before the next morning. "A unique experience for a hotel, you are basically going to be staying in a condominium with every convenience you could ask for. It is located with restaurants within very short walking distance. The only thing you have to be aware of is that you have to pay careful attention to the emails that you receive as you receive a key from, a remote host dispenser, after hours there is nobody there. "

"For my first visit to Darmstadt, this was a great location. It's an easy walkable city with much to do. Scooteres to get out to lab where I was working and it was nice to just scooter back at the end of the day, grab dinner at one of the many restaurants on the block and relax among the people. Really enjoyed the room and accommodations. "

"The area around the trainstation is one of the most terifying I have been to. Dirty, a lot of shady people walking around. It was particularly disturbing at night. The room was nice, it was amazing to receive all the gifts and snacks! There was a good coffee machine and kettle, the kitchen was quite clean and equipped. The bathroom was a bit dirty but good to use. Overall the hotel is one to recommend altough the area around is a big big minus."

"We stayed here due to an early morning flight from Frankfurt airport. We booked a 2 bedroom room with one king and one murphy. When we got to the room the murphy bed was not set up. In fact it was locked, and only hotel staff could open it. I would have expected the reception desk to have asked if we wanted it set up and sent some one to handle it. As it was, it did not take long after we called for someone to come up and prepare it. Our wifi did not work and we had to call twice, eventually being given a code that worked. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast is a bit pricey especially if you don't purchase in advance (36 euros)."

Nice place but hard to get to

"The stay was excellent, once I arrived. My only issue was that it took forever to get the shuttle to the location and that I was not told in advance that, though the shuttle to the hotel was free, it was six Euros to get back to the airport on it."
