I really appreciate it the spacious rooms and the central location. Unfortunately we found a large piece of glass under the bed which means the cleaning crew did not do a thorough job. If anyone had accidentally stepped on it, it would most likely have ended up in a trip to the hospital to get stitches. I showed it to the staff at the front desk and all I got was an “oh, I am sorry “.

Great hotel. Renovated as described. We had a family suite which was very comfortable for 3 adults.
FANTASTIC location. 5 minute walk from Reims Centre train station. Just down the street from the famous Place d'Erlon which is full of food and shops. 10-15 minute walk to all the famous sites such as the Cathedra, Opera House, Place Royal... and major shopping district. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay
Posted 18 Jun 2024 on HotelsFrom the first warm welcome by reception staff to the final goodbye, our stay was just perfect. Our room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet was well organised, with staff checking and replenishing the tasty items on offer. This hotel is in an ideal location, short walk to the shops, restaurants, cathedral and station.

Great location
Posted 17 Jun 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is in a great location It is just around the corner from the fabulous plaza full of bars and restaurants of every kind. The plaza is car free so very pleasant to dine outside. The car park beneath the hotel has very tight spaces but we managed. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
