We liked everything about the place, we plan to stay there the next times we visit the area. We have already told friends about the place. It was GREAT.

the service was not friendly, the coffee machine didn't work. The room was ok. Not to the quality of the price.

Off season, very quiet at property. Great spot right on the beach and boardwalk. Staff was pleasant, room was clean.

Overall, we love staying there, the room looked clean. Unfortunately the floors were dirty, I couldn’t walk barefoot. The tub had stray hairs in it. This is not our usual experience. So hopefully, this is a one time occurrence.

This was a fine beach hotel. We got an ocean front room as it was a special occasion and it was worth the extra money for the view. As it was off season, things were slow. The room was quiet on the 3rd floor but when the boardwalk (immediately below) is crowded it might be louder. Sitting on the patio was marvelous and seeing the sunrise was as easy as opening the curtain. The rooms were simple and clean. We appreciated the refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave and the bathroom had been updated with plenty of hot water. The bed was big and comfortable. The hotel is a little dated. The ice machine had rust spots and some of the common areas were showing their age. I was surprised that the room didn't have carpet but some type of linoleum. This makes cleaning up sand easy but I'm just not used to an uncarpeted floor. Parking is included, and the front desk staff was helpful. I'd stay again.

The Henlopen Hotel is perfectly located on the beach in Rehoboth, just steps from the boardwalk and nearby restaurants. Rooms are spacious with stunning ocean views, though the decor is a bit dated. The friendly staff and free parking make for a convenient stay. Ideal for those looking for a simple, beachfront experience.

The location was wonderful, but the beds were terrible. Even though you can never know the condition of the bed until after the first night, the remaining two days of our stay were not refunded.
