Bathtub didn’t drain, bathroom fan could not be turned off, entry door could only be opened with special key

I say here because the price is usually better than other places. the area is not good as I have had my vehicle broken into once. the establishment gives the same room every time at the price, the room is always cold and there are no extra blankets. I notify the staff that the room is cold and they just yell and say not to touch the thermostat.
